Skid Vicious is an Alleycat-Style messenger race which starts in Downtown Los Angeles the day before the Marathon. What you see here is just some of the guys messing around on fixed gear bikes before the start.
Cyclists invade the second street tunnel for street-style drag racing on fixed and geared bicycles. The cops soon ruin the fun in the tunnel and everyone moves to another street further outside downtown.
