MSTS Chesapeake & Ohio Alleghenies on a coal drag on the Pocahontas route. 66 cars. 8 minutes of C&O action; runbys and cab shots. No music, just the sound of hardworking steam locomotives and echoing hooter whistles.
UP 844 and UP 3985 doubleheaded between Whitefish, MT and Coram, MT on the Marias-Kootenai route. Also, UP 3985 handling a train out of Shelby, MT on the same line.
Ex- Southern Pacific GS4 No.4449 being tested with better physics on the Whitefish-Kootenai route. It seems to do well on the grades just west of Whitefish, MT. One step closer to release! :D
This video also shows the engine working with its old whistle (possibly the one now used on SPS 700) and with some air horn thrown in ;)
UP 844 model I created for MSTS. Some shots of 844 pulling out of Shelby, MT, and later highballing across the plains east of Cut Bank, MT, with plenty of smoke and whistle. Route is Marias-Kootenai.
Union Pacific's greatest articulated steam locomotives put on a fine show while traversing the tough route over Sherman Hill in southeastern Wyoming. UP Challengers in Laramie and Borie, and UP Big Boy 4019 is seen operating around Cheyenne, Forell, and between Emkay and Lynch WY.
The high stepping Northern gets moving out of Clinton, Iowa. The simulated 'four chuffs per revolution' isn't too great in this video, but it's okay considering it's one of the hardest sounds to replicate in MSTS.
Union Pacific FEF-3 #844 is seen galloping westbound through eastern Iowa at speeds of up to 80mph with a business special. First caught at Grand Mound, IA, then later seen cruising over grade crossings a few miles west of town.
