I practice, train and learn BGZ in the past few years. My style is Gao Yi Sheng style and I train both branchs of this style: The Tianjin style- Liu Feng Cai branch, as taught by Han Feng Rui and the Taiwan style- Zhang Jun Feng branch as taught by Luo De Xiu and his students.
The Carenza is a tribal warrior dance which the warrior express himself and his fighting spirit while doing his own FLOW and techniques. Each fighter has his own unique Carenza.
