Nearly 200 people gathered May 27 at the Baha'i House of Worship for the North American Continent -- and that was just the choir. An additional 700 people were there to hear the first-ever choral festival at the Wilmette temple just outside of Chicago.
The Hendersons were interviewed by Gloria Lattimore-Peace, hostess and producer of "The H30 Art of Life Show" on Chicago Access Network TV Channel 19. The full one-hour interview will be broadcast in the Chicago area at 8:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 2, and 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 4.
At a UN press conference on Tuesday, September 25, 2007, the president of Iran skirted a question from a Voice of America reporter who asked how the government of Iran can justify is policy of eradicating the Iranian Baha'i community.
