fire. This is just one variation
of many that you can use,
but the principles will remain
the same no matter what fire
you are making.
We will look at couple of ways to set up the pyramid tent. The single pole, which is great if you are caught in a rain storm and you need to get the tent up in a hurry. The second is the two pole method which is preferred
in a more permanent or overnight camp.
Ross Lake is in the heart of the North Cascades National Park. The trip starts on Diablo Lake and a short 5 mile paddle will take you to the base of Ross dam. A truck can portage you and your gear up the steep 2.6 mile climb to the top. Once on the lake you can easily spend a week exploring all that Ross Lake has to offer.
