Telos Bridge is downstream of Ripogenus Dam and is a fovored spot for "vultures" to watch the river rafters pass through. The water flow is approximately 89,000 gallons per second, whic makes some impressive standing waves.

In the time it takes to watch this 38-second video nearly 60million gallons of water passes by. Too bad the mighty power doesn't translate well to video. It must be felt to understand. However the scene is captured by a close friend, as he and his wife introduced their children to the awesome power and sights of spring flood waters.
