It has been seven years since the Olympics since I raced Rob in the men's single scull final. We had a fun time rowing the double together here in Newport Beach. We switched stroke seats half way through our row and could notice power application differences. It is too bad that Rob and I live so far away from one another. I quick update, I lost 35 pounds since then today I weigh 240 pounds.
In a nutshell rowing technique by Xeno Muller Olympic gold and silver medalist. If you wonder why I am sitting in a car and not in front of some rowing boats... It is because I was just experimenting with my new MAC computer.
I have had a history of Atrial fibrillation.
My name is Xeno Muller, Olympic gold and silver medalist in the men's single scull.
I want to share my AFIB episodes so that people who get it have some real life information to fall back on. Good luck, be as healthy as you can be, it is a choice.

Rowing on the Tweed River in Murwillumbah, Australia.
We spent two weeks in a very nice area of New South Wales. I trained at 7AM and at 11AM. The rest of the afternoon was spent with my family at the beach. Thanks to my coach Marty Aitken, everything that needed to be organized for the perfect preparation for Sydney was done. THANK YOU MARTY
