Time-lapse experimental, one of my first longer time-lapses. shot in a single evening in north metro Minnesota with an XL2 & istopmotion, mostly at 2 fps, footage cuts edited in camera.
this is only up temporarily as this will be eventually acquiring some original music. current track is temp (an obvious homage to the 'qatsi films!)
balloon themed class assignment, 10th grade. unfinished [was supposed to be a tri-part dream.] though it was a helpful project to learn Final Cut Pro and keyframes for the first time.
camera work, acting, editing, ballon art, and balloon sound effects [listen closely, a baby laugh backwards] by Kari Jo. Rest of sound and cameo by Zach W., and cameo by Nichole.

looked at sound waves beside the frames, with a finicky (yet full of attitude) wooden armature. shot with XL2, animated on istopmotion 2.
This was for a PSA school assignment, 11th grade. wasn't entirely big on doing them at the time, so just had a little fun with it on the fly.

this is an intro for broadcasting class 10th grade or so. poorly digitized VHS transfer for youtube. first time editing music on video editing software.
