Here's a quick tutorial on how to tie two important knots for the AT. The Figure 8 used for tying in, and the clove hitch used for pulling up the ropes with the haul cords.
The facilitator's competition didn't really take place due to low turn out, but we had a great time, climbed, hung out (ahem) and had a very mellow day.
