My Second Parkour video of 2007.
This is an example of the focus of my training in the last few months.
I am still focusing on foot placement quite heavily, and trying to put it into practice through more physically demanding routes.
It's the detail of movement that interests me and i hope this comes across in my Parkour.

I've been laying off impactful movement for a few weeks and after a heavy upper body session yesterday it was time for some balance.
This video is trying out a few new ideas and hopefully it might have something that can be incorporated into your own training.
Saturday 5th April - Rottenrow gardens, Glasgow.
43 Scottish Traceurs gathered for a workshop hosted by Glasgow Parkour Coaching. This is only a rough edit of the day from random footage. Although my footage wasnt extensive, I thought it was worth capturing some of the day.
This video is not a showreel or progression video at all.
It's a compilation of lots of little bits of footage I'd like to lay to rest before I release my summer Parkour Sampler.
There's a little bit of Parkour in there including Lisses footage, but it's generally just an example of the vibe and the banter of the last few months.
Not to be taken seriously, just enjoy!
A little break from training for some of the Glasgow Parkour guys.
Not any Parkour, just some jumping into water and some banter.
*NOTE* Scottish water in April is beyond cold.......
I was injured just as I started making this video and dont really think it does justice to my progression in the last few months - it will however serve as a benchmark and remind me of my level for when I recover from injury.
Dont expect anything too flash, just enjoy!
