Singer Om Kalthoum's funeral in 1975, the largest funeral in history of the Middle East. Like the pyramids, Om Kalthoum is also considered one of Egypt's landmarks.
This clip is from the film "Arrakisa Wal Tabbal", one of the funniest arabic belly dancing movies ever made! Nabila is not a dancer by profession, but rather a great actress that does an amazing job in any role she is given. In the film, she plays "Mabaheg", a "getto" dancer from the village who with the help of her drummer and trainer "Abdo" she then becomes one of Egypt's top belly dancers.
