Peter has played Oud for a little more than 2 years ... but he plays as if he lived in Egypt all his life. Amazingly, Peter was born in the USA, and never listened to this style of music until about 3 years ago. Six months after he began to listen to classical Arabic music, Peter began performing with the Kan Zaman Ensemble, and has been with them for 2 years now. Enjoy!
