This was a day after I had 10 free stitches at the hospital in Lattakia around the 2nd of April. I had fallen in the W/C the night before and hurt myself badly. My friend Hakan (redhead) made sure I got the medical care that I needed. The video is at a resort area at Lattakia beach which is kind of a depressing place in my opinion. The people in this video are dear, considerate and caring.
