It was shown in my high school's anime club, where reception was varied. Apparently, not many people liked Rammstein, or Dragonball Z for that matter. The fight is between Goku and Vegeta during the Saiyan saga, and is set to Rammstein's "Mein Teil" ("My Part"), off of the Reise, Reise album.
