Split into two parts in the book, I only videoed the first part, which I have split into two parts because of length.
It took me around 15 mins to complete Part I of the workout. I followed up with the second part but had to reduce reps on pull-ups as fatigue set in: 10, 8, 6, 6, and 4 reps, the rest of the workout was fine, although used 40kg cable on the high pulls instead of a band.
