How To Roast Coffee with Breadmaker & Heatgun (Part 2 of 2)
Posted by: hotmustardseed
Video duration: 597 seconds
In the video I said we were to take this roast to Full City, however that was not correct. I wanted to go City +. City roast is immediately after first crack, City + is between first crack and second crack, Full City is immediately preceding imminent second crack, Full City + is at the first snaps of second crack. Vienna would be close to rolling second crack.

Another roast. Bill W, this one's for you. This time it doesn't go so smooth. Started with less heat and more beans to see how the roast progresses compared to the other video.

Tech Deck Saga 1

Video duration: 91 seconds
Nonsensical, yet epic. What's more important, your tricks or your friends? Will the enemy be defeated? The lyrics are either deep or shallow, depending on your ideological persuasions.

Gaggia Espresso Temperature Pressure Modifications
Posted by: hotmustardseed
Video duration: 25 seconds
This is a test of a modified Gaggia Espresso espresso machine. 1/4" copper tubing is routed around the boiler to preheat the water, and a pressure gauge is added. The over pressure valve OPV was then adjusted for slightly higher than 9 bar (130 PSI)and the gauge reads 140-150 PSI. Still haven't cut the hole for the gauge yet.
