At this Parks Committee meeting, Alan Gerson announced the "Gerson/Quinn Agreement". Unsatisfied, the Parks Committee under Arthur Schwartz, unanimously approved a resolution requesting that the fountain remain in its current position and that the fence be no higher than the existing fence. On October 20, 2005 that resolution was brought before the full board of CB2 (also posted here).
