A Word To The Wives (1955)
Posted by: DangerNerd
Video duration: 808 seconds
Fairly priceless example of 1950s era consumer sales films.
Two women collude to make the one's husband PAINFULLY aware of the need for a new kitchen.
This has Darren McGavin (Of "Kolchak: The Night Stalker" fame) in the role of the husband.

Much Ado About Hair-Do's (1950s)
Posted by: DangerNerd
Video duration: 56 seconds
An actual newsreel from a theater. Can you believe what people used to see when they went to the movies? It is hard to grasp the concept of pre-tv, and getting news and goofy things like this only from the theater. That is the way it was for many years. Must have been an interesting time to be alive. :-) These are more along the lines of "Hair Don'ts" than "Hair Dos."
