Shielding yourself from attacks is important,i.e. Fenrir/Protect. Annoyingly he is vulnerable to Slow but has Auto-Haste. Stop and Quick are the way to go.

???? Narita Airport Arrival Lobby Tour

I walk pass a convenience store and look at some items available. Plus I show what the arrival lobby looks like when you land/get luggage/pass customs. Kefka's pretty Slow, so once all members are alive summon Fenrir, and heal if needed. Debilitate him for a nice weakness and wail away. He's quite easy, lame for an ending boss, though he looks bad ass.

Start off with Silence on Magic/Cripples it.
HP: 41,000
Use Stop on Power and Machine every turn you can to keep them stopped as much as possible.
Power HP: 28,000
Machine HP: 24,000
Cast Bio on Tiger and it will widdle down it's HP while you focus on Thundaga on Machine.
Tiger HP: 30,000
Keep Vanish on when possible to avoid Death from Power.
